Loch Kindar, south of New Abbey, Dumfries & Galloway. I was on my way up
the nearby hill, called Criffel. My tripod was too heavy to take along, but
if I had, I’d have thought more about my camera settings, and used f/11 for
more depth of field. I need to find the money for a carbon fibre Gitzo
