Mill Loch, Lochmaben

Often, when I flick through photo mags in shops, they seem full of ultra
long exposure, apparently oversaturated images….usually featuring milky,
unnatural looking water …..and, because that’s not my type of image, I
put the magazine back on the shelf.
So I was much surprised to see such intense purple tones in the evening
sky over the loch at the bottom of our garden. I’m not sure whether I like
it, I only know that how it looked!
